A Pilot for the Hook
Having got the Chinook, I had to paint a pilot this morning for it!
Great looking pilot Martin, always thought one of the coolest names of a pilot in film was Snake Shit in "We Were Soldiers" named after the fact that he flew lower than snake shit ! LOL
A great film, and shows the start of the war rather than the mid to end as most do, and shows the start of the air cav. Sgt Major Plumley is my favourite character in the film, make sure to watch the deleted scene about him, it's a great scene
I ordered 5 Vietnam war films and I've seen 4 of them before. The one I haven't seen is the one you are both recommending, so I'm looking forward to that very much!

Funnily enough, I have just ordered a DVD of "We Were Soldiers". I will call my pilot 'Snake Shit'!

I got it on Amazon for £15.95. The stand that comes with it says 1/60 but the seller advertises it as 1/55, so who knows?
