Needless to say, these are not painted with historical accuracy in mind, these are Hollywood style, playing fast and loose with history!
The foibles, pettifogging, quirks, idiosyncranicities, waffling and hyperbole of a charming, sophisticated and erudite gentleman of distinction, who rises above the hoi-polloi and riff-raff to bring a touch of style and class to wargaming.

Very nice & I like the back drop :)
"Needles to say, these are not painted with historical accuracy in mind, these are Hollywood style, playing fast and loose with history!"
Who is this Needles, is he or she an authority on U boat uniforms, what happened to the famous Snapcase Library, what does it have to say on the subject.
Whatever it says it must be something along the lines of, "bloody marvellous old chap"
These look grand as do the Home Grard, but I still prefer the Land Girls. ;)
Thanks Frank. It came out quite well, didn't it.
Bugger, I missed that egregious error! Will correct now. Needles will probably have something to say about your spelling of Home Grard, though!
I thought you would realise Home Grard is the Old English version rather than the Saxonised version in modern English. I believe this version is usually spoken in Greater Trossop Over the Hill in the Mendips on a Saturday night at closing time.
