The foibles, pettifogging, quirks, idiosyncranicities, waffling and hyperbole of a charming, sophisticated and erudite gentleman of distinction, who rises above the hoi-polloi and riff-raff to bring a touch of style and class to wargaming.

More mining...
So, I spent the day sanding and gluing. Had to stop now as I need to buy some more pieces (and of course it was the cocktail hour!).
What a fabulous Blog you have here my Lord! So many wonderful projects, many of which mirror my own eclectic and spurious tastes - the difference being you actually get yours to the table! It really is a treat, so glad to have found you.
Now interestingly, I stumbled across this veritable mine of wonderment, trying to track down ideas for some 'Allo! 'Allo! shenanigans and having read your brilliant thread on the Lead Adventure Forum, sadly without your photographs, I thought I would try the link to the blog and see if I could glean a little more information.
It would appear that sadly these must have been on the previous blog, but if you were able to share any ideas as to miniatures used I would be very grateful. I have already relieved Artizan of much of their stock of the Thrilling Tales range, but flailing around for all sorts of others.
Anyway regardless of my current distraction into war torn France, I am genuinely delighted to have met your acquaintance.
Michael, many thanks for your kind words. Yes, the photos on LAF disappeared in the Photobucket debacle. I have found a couple of photos and will make a new post here to see if that helps. Cheers.
